Operations Supervisor

Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines MACFERI OPC Full time ₱300,000 - ₱360,000 per year

Directs and controls the day-to-day dispatching operations for all client accounts, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods. Supervises and develops the Operation Admin Staff and coordinates closely with clients and internal departments to meet service, cost, and compliance requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise operation activities which regards to client products.
  • Ensure that all of the units are already dispatched.
  • Oversee the cycle of operation activities, investigate variances, and submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Enforce company safety, security, and company standards.
  • Guarantee compliance with government regulations and client requirements
  • Lead incident reporting and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients regarding delivery schedules, returns, and special requests.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and verify receiving reports, dispatch papers, delivery receipts, and other required documents.
  • Recommend system or technology upgrades to improve warehouse efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics/trucking (supervisory level).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
  • Capable of working with peers and associates from other departments, carriers, customers, and other companies in a proactive and constructive manner
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Acute attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy.
  • Must be able to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
