Assistant Administrative Manager/Executive Assistant:
Office Management:
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage office space, including allocation and organization.
- Oversee office maintenance and operations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other communications.
- Manage budgets and track expenses.
Personal Assistant Support:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Director
- Handle communication, including phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Handle errands and personal tasks as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with some experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support capacity.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is often preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
