  • Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions (invoices, receipts, collections, deposits) using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices; monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue accounts, and generate collection/aging reports.
  • Perform reconciliations of AR records with customer statements, resolve discrepancies, and support general ledger maintenance through journal entries.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts, monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) and Sales Orders in QuickBooks, and provide updates on variances or shortages.
  • Assist in BIR filings (including encoding DAT files), manage petty cash transactions, and prepare/release approved checks.
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents to ensure audit readiness and compliance with company policies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field of study

Training and Experience:

● Understands basic accounting principles

● Proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel or Quickbooks, or any Accounting System

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
