Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job postings.
  • Source candidates through online channels, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle background checks and extend job offers.
  • Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Be a trusted resource for employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Help to resolve employee conflicts and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Administer the performance review process.
  • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for employees.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Sprout, SAP).
  • SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php85,000.00 per month
