Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource operations, including payroll administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and disciplinary actions.

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires the Human Resources Officer to work on-site in Pasig City while allowing flexibility for some work from home. The HR Officer will be responsible for the ff:

  • Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time in coordination with the Finance Manager.

  • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and statutory deductions.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and induction.

  • Manage employee offboarding processes such as exit interviews, final settlements, and clearance.
  • Ensure employee records are updated throughout the employment lifecycle.

  • Employee Engagement

  • Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and HR-related concerns.
  • Assist with performance management and staff development activities.

  • Disciplinary Actions & Compliance

  • Support disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and labor laws.

  • Conduct preliminary investigations, document findings, and issue notices as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.

  • HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and personnel files.

  • Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and compliance documentation for management review.
  • Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar HR operations role.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll processes and labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office.
