What are we looking for?**

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years in an agency or similar environment, managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads Management - Planning, creating, and optimizing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Conversion-Focused Strategy - Understanding ROAS, CPL, and lead-generation optimization techniques.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for performance tracking and dashboards.
  • Ad Copywriting & Keyword Strategy - Writing effective ad copy, performing keyword research, and structuring campaigns.
  • Agency / Client Communication - Reporting results, pitching ideas, and providing insights to clients or internal teams.
  • Optional / Bonus: Meta Ads experience and relevant Google or Meta certifications.

What will you do?

  • Manage Google Ads Campaigns - Plan, build, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Ad Copy & Keyword Strategy - Write compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and structure campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Conversion Optimization - Monitor campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPL, and lead targets through ongoing optimizations.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Build dashboards in Looker Studio, track performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and provide actionable insights.
  • Client & Team Collaboration - Report results, propose improvements, pitch growth ideas, and support the team with insights and best practices.
  • Creative Testing & Strategy - Suggest and implement creative tests, campaign experiments, and new strategies to improve results.
