Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve clients' KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Conduct audience research and analyze market trends for effective targeting.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Set up tracking and measure campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad visuals and copy.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest ad platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement solutions promptly.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid advertising demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Background in advertising, marketing, and strong digital marketing experience
  • Certification in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of UTMs and performance tracking
  • Ability to communicate well and enjoys teaching or helping others
  • Ability to think strategically in relation to funnels and campaigns
  • Willingness to try new strategies
  • Team player and can also manage people and contractors or agency partners to ensure a high quality of care
  • Good marketing background with an understanding of all components of the funnels aside from just the ads
