We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our solution architects, systems engineers, and clients to design solutions that meet their business requirements. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of IT hardware solutions and technologies. This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate looking to start a career in a pre-sales technical role.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and business representatives to understand the business requirements
  • Liaise with other professionals to design solution architecture for businesses and clients
  • Act as consultant or trusted technical adviser to clients and account team
  • Perform Scoping for Client Technical and Business Requirements
  • Craft Technical Designs to Address Customer Requirements (BOM, HLD, SOW, Writeup, etc.)
  • Craft Technical Proposals required in Project Biddings (Compliance Sheets, Annexes, etc.)
  • Conduct Client Presentations (Design, Proposal and Product Portfolio)
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or Demonstrations to clients
  • Conduct Site Survey needed for the Technical Design
  • Accomplish training, development and certification required by the company
  • Maintains solid, technical understanding of company's product and solution offering

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco networking fundamentals
    — including routing and switching concepts, VLANs, subnetting, TCP/IP, and basic network security.
  • Cisco certifications
    such as
    CCNA (preferred)
    or currently pursuing CCNA/CCNP tracks are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of
    network infrastructure devices
    (routers, switches, firewalls) and basic familiarity with Cisco hardware and software solutions.
  • Understanding of
    solution design principles
    , including high-level design (HLD), bill of materials (BOM), and technical scoping.
  • Basic knowledge of
    IT hardware solutions
    , data center technologies, and enterprise infrastructure components.
  • Strong
    analytical and troubleshooting skills
    with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
