We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about product quality and user experience. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in testing and automation while working closely with a collaborative development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality
  • Identify and report bugs and issues clearly
  • Work closely with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes before releases
  • Contribute to test planning and process improvements
  • Maintain test documentation and reports

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation)
  • Basic knowledge of QA processes (SDLC, STLC)
  • Able to write and execute test cases or test scripts
  • Familiar with web technologies like Java, JavaScript, or testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.)
  • Some exposure to API testing or interest in automation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • QA/Testing certifications (like ISTQB) are a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
