About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler with experience in the banking and finance industry to join our team onsite in BGC, Taguig. You will play a crucial role in managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery while maintaining compliance with operational guidelines.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules to meet business demands and service level targets.
  • Coordinate with Workforce Planners and Operations to adjust schedules based on volume forecasts, absences, and business changes.
  • Monitor real-time adherence and make intra-day schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate schedule changes effectively to agents and management.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support contingency planning during high volume or staffing shortages.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure scheduling aligns with leave requests and policies.
  • Analyze scheduling data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.

Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services contact centers.
  • Proficiency in workforce management and scheduling tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services operations is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite at BGC, Taguig.
