We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Administrative Support Intern to assist with daily materials monitoring, documentation, and operational paperwork. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in inventory management, office operations, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately monitor and record all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive Inventory Spreadsheet for compliance and audit use.
- Ensure timely printing of essential operational documents, including:
- Issuance Forms
- Purchase Requisition (PR) Forms
- Receiving Reports
- Support overall inventory and office administrative tasks as assigned.
