Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for executing core human resources functions across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Placement, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Offboarding.

This role ensures efficient manpower deployment, compliant employment documentation, structured employee touchpoints, and seamless employee transitions, while maintaining alignment with company policies, labor standards, and operational requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and Sourcing

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Rank-and-File (R&F) positions, from requisition to job offer, ensuring quality hires and timely placement.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, role specifications, and appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring recommendations.
  • Prepare, review, and validate Job Offers and Employment Contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

2. Onboarding and Placement

  • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are properly oriented, equipped, and integrated into the organization.
  • Ensure completion, accuracy, and proper filing of all pre-employment and placement documents prior to deployment.
  • Conduct and manage New Hire Orientation (NHO), ensuring timely delivery and consistent communication of company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Department Heads to ensure readiness of tools, access, and work assignments for new employees.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Implement and monitor employee lifecycle programs, including 21st-Day, 5th-Month, and Anniversary Touchpoints, to support employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure performance evaluations for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th months are distributed, completed, reviewed, and properly documented according to schedule.
  • Track employee milestones and follow up with supervisors to ensure timely feedback and performance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with internal controls and data privacy requirements.

4. Offboarding and Clearance

  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation of employee separations.
  • Coordinate clearance processing, exit interviews, and turnover of company-issued assets in collaboration with concerned departments.
  • Ensure timely endorsement of separation documents to Payroll for final pay computation and release.
  • Prepare and maintain offboarding reports and separation records for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in general HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
