Job description:

The Accounts Receivables Staff is responsible for monitoring and reviewing all customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely collections. This role will closely coordinate with Salesmen to track due and delinquent accounts, provide updates on payment status, and support the implementation of collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review accounts receivables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and update all due and delinquent accounts.
  • Communicate regularly with Salesmen regarding account statuses, collections, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on outstanding accounts for management review.
  • Support the resolution of discrepancies in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related functions (FMCG experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems/software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
