Basic/ Minimum Requirements:

  1. Should have a valid Philippine driver's license and with 20 years driving experience.
  2. Must have a complete and updated requirements like NBI clearance, Police Clearance and SSS, etc.
  3. Must have an active character references from previous employers.
  4. Must be physically fit for work.
  5. Willing to render work beyond regular hours, during evenings and on weekends, and out of town trips, if necessary. Six working days a week.
  6. With good moral character and clean driving record.
  7. With good and effective ability to communicate and possesses appropriate etiquette and confidentiality at all times.
  8. Normal BMI, decent looking and firm.
  9. Must be punctual, courteous, polite, reliable, and with professional work ethics.
  10. Must have driven cars and SUV – Mercedes, Audi, BMW and Lexus.
  11. Must have good knowledge of Metro Manila roads.
  12. Must have above average knowledge of local traffic patterns, local roads/ routes, road safety regulations, driving laws and security protocols.
  13. Has the ability to navigate maps, GPS systems and to utilize car manuals.

General Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for transporting the principal and/ or guests to and from various destinations in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Ensuring the comfort and safety of the passenger.
  3. Concise monitoring in the planning and scheduling of the trips
  4. Choosing the best routes and avoiding traffic/ delays, road closure, and using GPS navigation if needed.
  5. Ensuring the cleanliness, well maintained proper functioning of the vehicle and compliance with the driving laws.
  6. Providing personal assistance and concierge services to the executives and/ or guest passengers.
  7. Communicating effectively with the principal and/or guest passengers to provide a clear and timely information and feedback.
  8. To be flexible in adopting, handling and resolving effectively any possible uncertain obstacle/ emergency issues during the trips such as vehicle breakdown, accidents or medical situation, and protecting the principal and/or guest passengers from harm.
  9. Monitoring latest transportation developments affecting the principal's trips and to provide practical/ positive updates and insights to the principal.
