**Job Description

Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions, including scorecards, breakdowns, and time-series visualizations.

· Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support business objectives.

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps within various ServiceNow modules.

· Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibility and predictive forecasts.

· Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to best practices for scalability and accuracy.

· Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management through reports and presentations.

· Troubleshoot data and configuration issues to ensure the ongoing reliability of performance measurement tools.

Skills:

· ServiceNow Modules Familiarity (ITSM)

· Reporting and Dashboard Creation (PowerBI Data Lake are an advantage)

· Data analysis/visualization

· Key performance Indicator Development
