Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Reporting Analyst who has a strong background in data reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate is proficient in Power BI and experienced in turning complex data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reports.
  • Provide insightful analysis and visualizations to help drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting roles.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and SQL.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automating reports and building interactive dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics relevant to the business.
