Join our team as a Reports Analyst We're looking for someone with advanced Excel skills and HRIS experience to help maintain system accuracy, support reporting needs, and contribute to key HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Monitoring

  • Oversee implementation and operation of systems for real-time tracking of attendance and productivity metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all collected metrics and reporting.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze attendance and productivity data to identify trends and areas of concern.
  • Compile and present reports that highlight KPIs, providing actionable insights for leadership and Operations.

3. Proactive Alert System

  • Develop and maintain an alert system (via Time Doctor or similar tools) to notify Operations Leads of inactivity or performance issues.
  • Collaborate with Time Doctor Administrators, IT, and Systems teams to ensure timely and effective real-time alerts.

4. Client Value Components

  • Create and manage a centralized dashboard showcasing operational performance and client value metrics.
  • Regularly update dashboard data to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into real-time performance.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with Operations Leads, BU Heads, and senior leaders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Facilitate review meetings and performance discussions to support alignment of goals and strategies.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives focused on optimizing staff utilization and resource allocation.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of HRIS experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Willing to work the night shift
  • Comfortable with a hybrid setup (Ayala, Makati)
