The Role

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Forex Coach to support in the execution of TMT's Financial Literacy and Trading Education programs. This role is designed to serve as a bridge between Trading Coaches and students, ensuring consistent engagement, timely feedback, and operational efficiency across TMT's learning platforms. This position is a stepping stone for individuals with a strong desire to coach and mentor students.

This role is hybrid — work from home, but attend once a week Quezon City meetings and join live events when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Below are the key tasks expected of this position. These are designed to support the overall goals of the department and the company.

● Assist Trading Coaches in running coaching sessions, backtesting reviews, and live trading walkthroughs

● Monitor and evaluate student submissions (daily homework, trading logs, backtesting sheets)

● Coordinate and execute follow-ups for Premium and Premium+ BootCamp students

● Provide admin and technical support during TMT-hosted webinars, events, and bootcamps

● Manage student engagement in Discord, Skool, and Facebook groups (answer questions, approve posts, escalate issues as needed)

● Help maintain weekly performance dashboards and learning trackers for enrolled students

● Provide insights and reports on student progress and engagement to senior coaches

● Contribute to creating an encouraging, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment

● Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Expected Results

● Seamless support for Trading Coaches, resulting in high-quality sessions and event execution

● Accurate and timely monitoring of student submissions, providing meaningful feedback

● Consistent engagement and support for Premium+ students through timely follow-ups

● Well-maintained performance dashboards and trackers, enabling data-driven reporting on student progress

● Effective management of student communities, contributing to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

● Minimum 1-2 years experience in financial services, trading, or education

● Strong understanding of forex markets and trading principles

● Proficiency in trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView) is preferred

● Experience with Discord, Skool, and social media community management is preferred

● Advanced Excel skills for dashboard creation and data analysis

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

● Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles preferred

● Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
