Your role as a Accounting Associate is crucial in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring efficient Forex transactions. By adhering to these responsibilities, you contribute to the overall success of our organization and its commitment to excellence in financial management.

Responsibilities.

• Verify Beginning and Ending Balances. Confirm starting and ending balances for all designated bank accounts at the beginning of each business day.
• Forex Trade and Funding Instructions Post Forex trade and funding instructions accurately to Forex Modules.
• Bank Instructions Preparation Prepare comprehensive bank instructions for funding and settlement transactions.
• Client Collection Monitoring Monitor and oversee collections from clients.
• Funding Management Monitor and follow up on funding instructions to banks or branches.
• Funds Availability Verification Check the availability of funds necessary for settlement purposes.
• Client Settlements Execute settlements to clients promptly and accurately.
• Reconciliation and Reporting Reconcile Forex Module records with bank statements to ensure accurate ending balances.
• Document Management Maintain organized records by filing all necessary documents and attachments for future audit purposes.
• Other Duties Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisory team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent field;
• Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Skills: Advanced excel skills, and basic accounting knowledge;
• Working Setup: Onsite in Legazpi Village, Makati during Probationary Period (6 months). The candidate will transition to Hybrid upon completion of Probationary Period and
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Semi-Flexible.
