Job Responsibilities:

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the forex team in executing foreign exchange transactions. Key responsibilities include preparing trade tickets, updating FOREX monitoring sheets, and processing transfer transactions in the system.

A. KYC Processing and Onboarding

Handles client communication, explains business processes, provides documentary requirements, facilitates AML KYC verification, and ensures third-party FX partner enrollment.

B. Forex Trading Support

Assists in trade order execution and end-of-day report preparation. Manages Application to Purchase (ATP) forms, monitors trade progress, and ensures timely submission. Oversees trade ticket processing, fund transfers, and partner notifications. Coordinates with internal teams for trade confirmations, settlements, and special currency requests.

C. Others

Provides operational recommendations, engages in meetings and training, and performs other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably business related
  • At least one (1) year of work-related experience in general administrative support.
  • Knowledge in Forex Trading
  • Open for fresh graduates
