About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Multiskilled Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on a diverse range of equipment and machinery
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  3. Carry out preventive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and share technical expertise
  5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  6. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician or in a similar technical role
  2. Proficient in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of equipment and machinery
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex issues
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  7. Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  8. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
