About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team. as a Non-Voice Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Content Moderator. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and content moderation support to the company's clients. The role is based in Bonifacio One Tech Tower, Taguig
What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the company's guidelines and policies
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying and escalating any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the company's products, services, and policies
What we're looking for
Completed 2nd yr college/ College Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Amenable to work Graveyard shift & Shifting schedules
Willing to work on-site
