Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician ensures that all plant equipment in relation to its mechanical function and components are well maintained and are kept in good running condition.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the maintenance and /or repairs of mechanical aspects of all plant equipment and auxiliaries to keep it in running condition.
  • Performs routine sound and visual check up on all running plant equipment to prevent machine breakdowns.
  • Responds immediately to repair calls from Production Supervisor and /or Production Operator.
  • Performs preventive maintenance repairs on all mechanical equipment.
  • Performs mechanical jobs and minor fabrications such as overhauling of machine, welding, pipefitting, plumbing and other related work.
  • Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures and guidelines and Company rules and regulations.
