Responsibilities:Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email. Performing on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs. Evaluating malfunctioning instruments and preparing estimates for the cost of repair.

Selling maintenance contracts to customers and creating the Service Contract Quotation in the CRM.Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required). Providing on-site training to customers. Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module to log all Support Tickets and Service

Orders. Taking responsibility for personal warehouse/stock. Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.

Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines. This position requires up to 75% travel time. Requirements:Good communication skills and strong customer service skills are essential.

Direct experience in the analytical instruments field is a plus. A highly motivated individual capable of completing assigned tasks with little to no supervision is required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline is required.

The ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and tools for repairs is necessary. Preferred candidates will have at least three years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments. Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
