We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of medical devices under Delex Pharma, ensuring their optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. You will also play a crucial role in supporting hospital clients in investigations related to medical accidents involving our products. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to conduct service demonstrations, follow up on sales leads, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Medical Incident Support: Assist hospital clients in investigating any incidents or accidents involving our medical products, providing technical insights and support.

Equipment Evaluation: Assess and evaluate biomedical equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness to meet industry and regulatory standards.

Sales & Customer Support: Work closely with the sales team to conduct service demonstrations, assist in lead generation, and provide technical expertise during sales follow-ups.

Customer Service: Provide technical assistance and training to healthcare professionals and end-users, ensuring proper usage and maintenance of medical devices.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and compliance records for all installed and serviced equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience in medical device installation, maintenance, and technical support.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot medical equipment issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hospital staff and sales teams.

  • Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.

  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
