Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all invoices and related financial records
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Generate and analyze reports related to invoicing, collections, and AR performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
