What you'll be doing

  • An Accounting Associate focusing on invoices is usually responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks related to a company's billing and payments cycle. Their duties revolve around Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices.
  • Supporting financial reporting by ensuring all invoices are properly recorded.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assisting in month-end closing (accruals, reconciliations, invoice cut-offs).

What we're looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in Invoicing, billing and AP/AR.

·  Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools

·  Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
