- Engage patients with informational materials during their visit to enhance health literacy.
- Assist patients in verifying their HMO coverage, eligibility, and benefits.
- Guide patients through the requirements for HMO consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with HMO representatives for fast and accurate processing of requests.
- Properly document and file all HMO-related transactions for auditing and billing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and data privacy laws in all interactions.
