The Patient Service Representativefocuses on managing and processing patient orders and requests to ensure efficient resolution of concerns. They communicate with stakeholders and coordinate with different teams to ensure the best patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted guide for patients, helping them navigate their healthcare programs, understand their benefits, processing their medicine requests, and coordinating endorsements to our corporate clinics.
  • Understand program mechanics and databases to investigate patient concerns in depth and provide accurate next steps
  • Provide timely and appropriate responses to patients, especially those seeking urgent healthcare services
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from patients and stakeholders across multiple channels (call, SMS, email).
  • Work closely with Account Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve complex patient and partner issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and track key operational metrics to support data-driven improvements in our medicine delivery and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) and relevant computer applications
  • Open to shifting schedules and night shift schedule
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must work onsite in Makati
