Head of Restaurant Operations, Food & Beverage, Metro Manila, Philippines
We are looking for a Head of Restaurant Operations for a restaurant group with multiple branches nationwide. The successful candidate will be a key strategic leader responsible for elevating operational excellence, guest experience, and profitability across all restaurant locations. The role will drive performance through visionary leadership, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to service quality and brand integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or any related course
Seven (7) years experience in a multi-restaurant, hospitality group, or premium F&B brand in the same capacity or role
Proven expertise in profit & loss management, operational strategy, and organizational leadership
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work and operate with agility in a dynamic and growth - driven environment
Willingness to travel for operations
