A Stage Setup Manager in the advertising industry functions as a Production or Stage Manager, responsible for overseeing all physical elements of a set. This includes managing furniture, lighting, sound, and technical equipment to ensure the set is fully prepared and operational for filming. The role demands strong organizational and logistical abilities, effective communication across departments, crew management, and a focus on maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and Stage Oversight: Manage the setup and construction of sets, including placement of furniture, props, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Logistical Planning: Handle the administrative and scheduling aspects of production, such as organizing setup times, rehearsals, and production timelines.
  • Technical Coordination: Ensure all technical systems—including lighting, sound, and electrical components—are properly installed, tested, and functional.
  • Crew Management: Lead and supervise the stage crew to ensure the setup aligns with production plans and creative direction.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between directors, designers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to streamline collaboration and execution.
  • Budgeting and Safety Compliance: Assist in preparing budgets for stage elements and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any technical, logistical, or safety challenges that may arise during setup or production.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
