About the role

Are you an experienced Team Leader/Dispatcher looking to join a dynamic and growing AMHI team? We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Team Leader / Dispatcher at our Infius 8 site in Calamba City Laguna. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial part in overseeing our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team.
  2. Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
  3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  4. Identify training needs and work with the training team to upskill the team
  5. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  6. Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations
  7. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on team and individual performance

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  2. Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop a team
  3. Sound understanding of contact centre operations and key performance metrics
  4. Proficient in using contact centre and customer relationship management software
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
