MAIN RESPONSIBILTY:

Ensure smooth running of line operations and production process at the highest quality of the product and supervise production team in a shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for shift production line operations.
  • Responsible in making the daily production report per shift.
  • Implements maintenance programs and proper change-over for all machines.
  • Leads the troubleshooting of alarms during machine breakdowns.
  • Manage production process, make routine check-up, adjust recipe and equipment base on company and quality standards
  • Ensure all product and package quality are with in standards and specification.
  • Prepares Daily Production and Efficiency reports to SBMS (online Simplified Business Management System).
  • Create and update procedures manual, work instruction manual and monitoring reports.
  • Prepares and updates weekly manning schedule of production team based on production schedule
  • Supervise all machine operators.
  • Prepares performance evaluation report and appraisal of machine operators.
  • Maintain clean, safe & healthy work environment by following standards & procedures; complying legal regulation
  • To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, OHSAS, & FSSC policies and SOPs.
  • Perform other related duties assigned to them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
  • At least four (4) years working experience in supervisory position
  • With experience in Plastic Injection Company is required
  • Knowledgeable in Husky, Sacmi and Moss is advantage
  • Effective Leader and Team Player
  • With good communication skills
