About the Role

This role is essential in maintaining product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. You will lead investigations, prepare reports for top management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and Report: Conduct investigations on in-process quality claims and prepare detailed reports for submission to top management.
  • Disassembly and Analysis: Work with the core team to disassemble and analyze in-process and customer claims for root cause identification.
  • Abnormality Handling: Address and resolve quality abnormalities encountered on the FA (Final Assembly) line promptly.
  • Quality Meetings: Attend daily Asaichi meetings and highlight quality-related issues to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Compliance Checks: Perform compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (required).
  • Experience: QA background is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to conduct process verification and process simulation.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel or similar tools.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Can analyze defects and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Broad knowledge of quality improvement techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Able to create detailed reports with analysis for management decision-making.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports to top management confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
