Job Description – Service Technician

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, machines, or electronic devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
  • Diagnose technical issues and replace malfunctioning parts
  • Coordinate with clients or site personnel for service scheduling and updates
  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and recommendations after each job
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained
  • Follow safety procedures and company service standards
  • Assist in testing, calibration, and quality checks of serviced units
  • Support other technical or field-related tasks when needed

Qualifications

  • At least Technical/Vocational course graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (TESDA NC II/III is a plus)
  • With experience as a technician, installer, or maintenance personnel (entry-level may be considered depending on training)
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or diagrams
  • Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork or on-site service
  • Basic skills in using tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Can work independently or with a team
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations if required
