The role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Corporate Visions Inc' in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service to our valued clients. No prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Provide accurate, timely, and friendly assistance to customers
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  5. Continuously expand your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service best practices
