Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting, with practical experience in Accounts Receivable. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for accounting and monitoring the company's receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounts receivable by ensuring accurate and timely accounting and monitoring of receivables.
  • Perform general accounting functions, including the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation for audits.
  • Process and monitor all financial transactions in accounting software .
  • Prepare reports and assist in the preparation of financial statements as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations.
  • Provide support for any accounting-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy graduate.
  • At least 2 year experience in an accounting role, knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable and General Accounting.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work or relocate to Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Must be willing to work on a compressed work week (Monday to Friday) during regular day shifts.
