Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive learning of existing processes, captured requirements, design specifications, and applications related to disbursement operations.
  • Engage in requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance activities, and issue resolution.
  • Develop additional project requirements, including wireframes and prototypes for UX/UI, data specifications, business rules, workflows, integrations, and role-based access definitions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on defined requirements.
  • Conduct product demos and usability testing with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the testing team and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Participate in monitoring, managing, and addressing defects/issues and ensuring timely resolution.

The Business Analyst will work with the project team, including business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts, as well as integration teams when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, including end-to-end IT solution implementation and system integration
  • Experience in banking, accounting, or financial services (advantage)
  • Minimum of 3 years' exposure to solution design and business process documentation
  • Background in IT application testing and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php180,000.00 per month
