Business Development Analyst (Healthcare Strategy)
to join their team in Makati.

Summary of the role

This position plays a critical part in expanding the clinic's network and service offerings through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investment initiatives. It calls for strong expertise in financial modeling, deal execution, and a solid grasp of the Philippine healthcare systems and investment landscape. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, building strategic partnerships, and assessing new ventures that support the clinic group's mission of providing accessible, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Analysis & Strategy Development

· Analyze internal data and market trends to provide insights that support clinic growth and profitability.

· Develop business models and forecasts for new services, clinic branches, or strategic initiatives.

· Monitor KPIs such as patient volume, utilization rates, cost-per-service, and revenue per patient.

  1. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

· Conduct market studies and industry benchmarking to assess competitive positioning.

· Monitor healthcare trends, regulations, and patient needs within the local and national context.

  1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Development

· Develop long-term business plans and growth strategies for clinic expansion (organic and inorganic).

· Develop dynamic financial models to capture business scenarios

· Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.

  1. Project Management & Development

· Lead business development projects including clinic expansions, partnerships, or new healthcare programs.

· Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new ventures or innovations.

  1. Stakeholder Reporting & Communication

· Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and IT.

Must-have Skills/Experience:

· 5 years' experience in business analysis, planning, or development, preferably in the healthcare, clinic, or medical services sector.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Financial Modeling and Analysis

· Knowledge of healthcare systems and the regulatory environment in the Philippines

Nice-to-have:

· MBA or Master's in a relevant field is a plus

· CFA is a plus

· Familiarity with primary care operations
