
Customer Service Representative

GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a related role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking order status.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Conduct regular service performance reviews with top customers, focusing on pickup/delivery timeliness and document returns.
- Measure and track customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure that all customer bookings are recorded in the system on the same day of booking acceptance.
- Ensure that all orders have required documents and all required shipment details are accurate during system encoding.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Escalate operational issues and complex customer concerns to immediate superior or relevant departments for resolution
