GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a related role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking order status.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular service performance reviews with top customers, focusing on pickup/delivery timeliness and document returns.
  • Measure and track customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping, and returns.
  • Ensure that all customer bookings are recorded in the system on the same day of booking acceptance.
  • Ensure that all orders have required documents and all required shipment details are accurate during system encoding.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Escalate operational issues and complex customer concerns to immediate superior or relevant departments for resolution
