Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts, with a particular focus on the promotion and sales of QR PH and POS (Point of Sale) systems. The role will involve strategic planning, developing sales initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction in order to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on expanding market presence in QR PH and POS system sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they remain satisfied with products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to keep them updated on new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in the payments industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Experience in QR PH and POS system sales is required.
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, particularly in digital transactions and merchant solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with financial technology companies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for QR PH and POS systems.
  • Ability to train and mentor a team of sales professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
