HOA Formation and Condo Corp Registration

  • Facilitate the formation and registration of Homeowners Associations or Condominium Corporations in compliance with the requirements of DHSUD, SEC, and BIR
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary registration certificates (e.g., DHSUD/SEC/BIR) before resident move in or within one month of unit turnover
  • Provide training and ongoing support to elected HOA/Condo Corp officers on governance, finance, and community management
  • Conduct orientation sessions for residents and board members on their rights, responsibilities, and governance protocols

Leadership in Community Relations

  • Lead the planning and execution of programs that promote community involvement, collaboration, and well-being among residents
  • Supervise the Community Relations Team to ensure alignment with engagement objectives and operational effectiveness
  • Organize and oversee community-building activities such as sports fests, wellness initiatives, holiday events, and neighborhood programs
  • Develop and implement strategies that foster a strong sense of belonging, volunteerism, and mutual respect within the community
  • Collaborate with the Property Administration Team to implement safety and sustainability programs (e.g., emergency drills, cleanliness drives, recycling and waste management education)

Project Turnover

  • Manage the HOA turnover process by coordinating documentation, legal requirements, and practical steps to complete turnover efficiently
  • Work with internal departments (e.g., Project Development, Legal) to secure DHSUD Certificate of Completion (COC), Deed of Donation, and other required legal instruments (e.g., MOAs, Board Resolutions)
  • Serve as the developer's representative during transition meetings and turnover ceremonies

Resident Relations and Issue Resolution

  • Act as the first point of contact for community concerns, gathering feedback and resolving issues before escalation to other teams
  • Organize social, cultural, spiritual, and educational events to increase engagement and resident satisfaction
  • Strengthen partnerships with local government units (LGUs), nongovernment organizations (NGOs), and community stakeholders for joint outreach and sustainability programs
  • Support initiatives that empower residents to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and thriving community

Reporting and Documentation

  • Provide management with regular reports on community relations activities, including resident feedback, event outcomes, conflict resolutions, and overall community sentiment
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the department covering community issues, engagement outcomes, and program evaluations
  • Maintain comprehensive records of events, issues, resolutions, governance milestones, and communications to ensure transparency and continuity
  • Draft and distribute newsletters, write-ups, and reports to update both residents and management on community developments
