I. Duties and Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Food Product Manager/General Manager.

A.  Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct an audit on volume, location, and expiration dates of food items in the warehouse.

  2. Monitor Warehouse's adherence to receiving procedures for acceptance of suppliers' shipments of food items.  Highlight deviations and discuss with and recommend corrective action steps to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

  3. Monitor warehouse cleanliness, room temperatures, lighting, and ventilatio,n and report non-compliance to standards.  Discuss with and recommend action steps tothe Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

B.  Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Organize the filing of product specifications and certificates of analysis for efficient processing of customer COA requests.

C.  Bi/Monthly Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Validation of shelf life.

  2. Handling of customer complaints and returns.

  3. Proper bad orders and damaged goods handling and disposal.

  4. Processing of FDA CPR for imported product (Louisiana Hot Sauce).
