The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food Server to join our team at Zirconia Inc' in Pasay City Metro Manila. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests through efficient and attentive table service.

Key responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide menu recommendations and discuss daily specials and offerings
  3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen in a timely manner
  4. Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring a high level of presentation and service
  5. Monitor tables and proactively respond to guests' needs throughout their dining experience
  6. Assist with the preparation and stocking of service areas
  7. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
  8. Maintain a clean and organised dining area
  9. Contribute to a positive team environment and provide excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Prior experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and guests simultaneously
  4. Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, preparation methods, and dietary requirements
  5. A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
  6. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  7. Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays as required
