Job Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our client's growth in the architectural and design software sector, targeting businesses within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or creative industries. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably within design, architecture, engineering, or related fields, and will possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A consultative selling approach and the ability to align software solutions with the specific workflows and challenges of design and technical teams are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Execution

• Actively generate new business opportunities through direct selling, lead generation, and account management.

• Lead, supervise, and coach the VisMin sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and post-sales coordination.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry contacts.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication, account servicing, and proactive problem-solving.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations as needed.

Product & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate regularly with internal Product / Technical Manager/s for pricing, technical updates, product training, and market alignment.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help shape product strategies.

• Provide reports and updates to Product Principals as required for market developments, key deals, or major opportunities.

Market Development & Industry Engagement

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, partner conferences, and marketing activities to build brand awareness.

• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the region.

• Collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns and promotional activities.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data for pipeline management and management reporting.

• Oversee preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

• Ensure timely submission of required reports, activity updates, and business reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in technology/software or AEC-related industries.

• At least 1-2 years in a leadership or team supervisory role is an advantage.

• Strong track record in business development, account management, and sales performance.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and dealing with product managers and principals as needed.

• Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools.

• Must be willing to travel across Visayas and Mindanao as required.

Contract Terms:


• Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance evaluation.
