Informatica PowerCenter – iPaaS Consultant

We are now seeking an Informatica PowerCenter -iPaaS Consultant with experience on several projects, to join our team in an international retail environment. You'll contribute to the development and evolution of large IT landscape within a high-standard, multi-brand, multi-application context.

Responsibilities

  • He/she is responsible for understanding functional and integration requirements, to deliver an efficient user experience.
  • He/she collaborates with the Tech Lead and Developers throughout the engagement to maintain and create different kind of data flows in accordance with best practices and standards (framework…). Specifically, they will be tasked with the following:


•Analyze business requirements, and write functional and technical specifications


•Participate in the preparation phase for developments (architecture definition, setup, modeling, configuration, connection...)


•Implement developments around the Informatica PowerCenter -iPaaS solution in multi-application contexts (building APIs, web services, control, cleaning, transformation, data quality management, managing repositories, transcoding..., logs, rejections, flow monitoring...)


•Build or contribute to the testing strategy and user acceptance testing around integration processes


•Conduct technical tests and integration tests and verify the functional consistency of data in collaboration with business referents


•Assist in user acceptance testing and, possibly, in production deployment and the first production cycle


•Learn and share your knowledge and ideas within a community driven by technology.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical development roles and/or consulting
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience doing ETL –iPaaS development with Informatica
  • Strong experience using data flows and ETL principles
  • Experience in Working APIs, web services, data files, databases…
  • Experience in GIT
  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
  • Should have experience using CI/CD, dev automation
