Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and offer smart metering solutions and services to various customer segments.
  • Conduct field surveys and prepare proposals, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
  • Install, commission, and maintain smart meters, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Configure and troubleshoot communication modules for seamless data transmission.
  • Manage and analyze data from smart meters, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and security.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures and perform software/firmware upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart metering systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide training sessions for technicians and customer support teams.
  • Support customers with technical issues and recommend solutions for optimizing energy usage.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and emerging technologies (IoT, Automation, SCADA).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • License: Licensed Engineer preferred; valid driver's license required.
  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years in smart metering, IoT, SCADA, automation, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years in project execution and management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in metering systems, communication protocols, energy management, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, salesmanship, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
