This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

Language Requirements: Fluent in Chinese & English

Summary:

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of social media in overseas markets. Must have the capability to build social media accounts from 0 to 1 to 100, and create viral content tailored to the preferences of the Philippine market to spark discussions and grow accounts to the million-follower level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead content strategy and growth planning for social media accounts (especially targeting the Philippine market) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aiming to build million-follower-level accounts.
  • Capable of account building from scratch — establishing tone, content matrix, and follower communities, and achieving rapid user growth.
  • Deeply research Filipino user culture, trending topics, memes, and entertainment trends to create highly engaging and discussion-worthy content.
  • Plan and execute hashtag challenges, online campaigns, community engagement, and KOL/KOC collaborations to increase follower loyalty and conversions.
  • Lead a team in creative planning, scriptwriting, short video and image production, and coordinate shoots and content publishing.
  • Analyze content performance data and audience behavior to continuously optimize content and operational strategies.
  • Liaise with local and international platform resources to secure priority exposure and promotional partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Content Creation, or related fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media operations or content planning and management. Must have successfully built a million-follower account from scratch (data and case studies required).
  • Familiar with overseas social media platforms and user growth strategies; capable of cross-cultural content localization.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience at a major overseas internet company or a popular content platform, particularly in a second-in-command or core operations role.
  • Existing connections or direct collaboration experience with META (Facebook/Instagram) and GOOGLE teams in Southeast Asia.
