Sales Administrative Assistant

- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately
- Assist the sales team with quotations, product listings, and promotions
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics regarding orders and deliveries
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and inventory reports
- Handle customer inquiries related to baby products, pricing, and availability
- Support merchandising, stock monitoring, and replenishment activities
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and product standards
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service-oriented
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer Literate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
- Experience in sales administration or retail (baby products is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
Willing to work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
