  • Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, product listings, and promotions
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics regarding orders and deliveries
  • Maintain sales records, customer databases, and inventory reports
  • Handle customer inquiries related to baby products, pricing, and availability
  • Support merchandising, stock monitoring, and replenishment activities
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and product standards
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service-oriented
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer Literate

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
  • Experience in sales administration or retail (baby products is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented

Willing to work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
