RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate in processing of sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage order fulfillment documentation.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 4 years graduate
  • Preferably with experience in customer service/ PO/ Sales Invoice
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities
  • Can work with minimal supervision
