Sales Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Coordinate in processing of sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales leads.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage order fulfillment documentation.
QUALIFICATION:
- 4 years graduate
- Preferably with experience in customer service/ PO/ Sales Invoice
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities
- Can work with minimal supervision
